The Board of Directors of Blom ASA has 26th of April 2012 approved the 2011 financial statements for Blom Group and Blom ASA. Blom Group reports operating revenues of NOK 437 million and a loss for the year of NOK 361 million for 2011. This is in line with the preliminary financial statements announced on 29th of February, 2012. The Board of Directors of Blom ASA has decided to propose to the annual general meeting that no dividend will be paid for 2011.
