Reference is made to the announcement on 24 October 2017 by NRC Group ASA (the "Company") regarding the acquisition of Fibertech AS and resolution by the board of directors to issue 512,895 new shares in the Company as partial consideration to the sellers of Fibertech AS. The share capital increase pertaining to the share issuance has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the Company's registered share capital is NOK 42,327,848 divided on 42,327,848 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1. The new shares issued in the share capital increase will be issued on a separate ISIN and not be tradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange until a prospectus prepared by the Company regarding the new shares has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and published by the Company.
