NRC Group ASA (the "Company") has decided to initiate a share buyback program
for up to NOK 7 million in the market.
The buyback program will be conducted in accordance with the authorization
provided by the Annual General Meeting to the Board of Directors on 5 May 2022.
The shares will be purchased from the open market, in line with applicable
restrictions, relevant guidelines and main safe harbor principles on price and
volume limitations. The share buy-back program will commence on 11 May 2022 and
will continue until 31 May 2022.
The shares purchased under this program will be used in connection with the
Company's employee share program.
