NRC Group ASA (the "Company") has decided to initiate a share buyback program for up to NOK 3 million in the market. The buyback program will be conducted in accordance with the authorization provided by the annual general meeting to the Board of Directors on 8 May 2019. Shares in the buyback will be purchased through ordinary market trades on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The program will be initiated today and terminated on 8 April 2020 at the latest.
