NRC Group ASA – Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by NRC Group ASA (the "Company") regarding the successful completion of a private placement of new shares in the Company (the "Private Placement").

The following primary insiders were conditionally allocated shares in the Private Placement, subject to, inter alia, an extraordinary general meeting in the Company resolving to approve the Private Placement and issue the new shares:
