With reference to the senior management share option programme in NRC Group ASA
("NRC Group" or the "Company") for 2019, the Board of Directors in NRC Group has
granted a total of 43,125 share options.
Primary insiders in the Company have been granted the following share options:
· Henning Olsen, CEO of NRC Group, 10,000 share options. Following the grant,
Henning Olsen holds 10,000 share options and 41,514 shares in the Company.
· Dag Fladby, CFO of NRC Group, 7,500 share options. Following the grant, Dag
Fladby holds 82,500 share options and 49,400 shares in the Company.
· Hans Olav Storkås, MD of NRC Norge, 7,500 share options. Following the
grant, Hans Olav Storkås, holds 45,000 share options and 22,170 shares in the
Company.
· Harri Lukkarinen, MD of NRC Finland, 7,500 share options. Following the
grant, Harri Lukkarinen, holds 7,500 share options and 4,170 shares in the
Company.
· Robert Röder, MD of NRC Sverige, 3,125 share options. Following the grant,
Robert Röder, holds 3,125 share options and 13,000 shares in the Company.
· Alfred Beck, Legal Counsel of NRC Group, 7,500 share options. Following the
grant, Alfred Beck, holds 82,500 share options and 0 shares in the Company.
The share options have a strike price of NOK 37 and can be exercised with 1/3
from grant date, 1/3 after 12 months and the remaining 1/3 after 24 months. All
options expire after 36 months.
