Reference is made the stock exchange announcement
made 19. August 2015 regarding the final result and
allocation of NRC Group ASA ("Company") offering of
up to 370,370 new shares (the "Subsequent
Offering").
Primary insiders in the Company have today been
allocated shares in connection with the subsequent
Offering as follows:
Kristian Lundkvist, Chairman of the Board, has been
allocated 49 331 shares through the company Urbex
Invest AS. Kristian Lundkvist has following this a
shareholding of 5 655 848 shares in the Company
through Urbex Invest AS.
Lars Andrè Gjerdrum member of the Board, has been
allocated 422 shares. Lars Andrè Gjerdrum has
following this a shareholding of 5 422 shares in the
