Mandatory Notification of Trade

Hirsti Invest AS, close associate to Chairman of the 
Board in Blom ASA, Mr. Gunnar Hirsti, has on April 
15th acquired 1 246 504 subscription rights in Blom 
ASA at average price NOK 0,02.

After the transaction Hirsti Invest AS owns 8 000 000 
subscription rights in Blom ASA. The subscription 
rights will be used to subscribe for the same number 
of new shares in the ongoing Right Issue in Blom ASA. 

After the issuance of the new shares, Hirsti Invest 
AS will own 8 000 000 shares in Blom ASA.

Gunnar Hirsti, owns 2 129 213 shares in Blom ASA.
