Reference is made to previous announcements in
respect of the proposed restructuring of Blom ASA
("Blom" or the "Company"), including the results from
the Bondholder meeting held 24 April 2012.
The last day of trading in FRN Blom ASA 2009 Senior
Secured Bond Issue 2009/2012 (the "2009 Bond Issue"),
ISIN NO 001 053847.3, will be today, 24 April 2012,
with right to receive settlement pursuant to the
terms of the restructuring. The Company will request
to suspend trading in the 2009 Bond Issue from and
including 25 April 2012 in anticipation of conversion
of NOK 312 million of NOK 346 million in total of the
2009 Bond Issue into equity in Blom on or about 30
April 2012.
The resolutions of the bondholder meeting and the
anticipated conversion are conditional upon the
Extraordinary General Meeting in Blom, which takes
place 25 April 2012, approving the increase in share
capital following the proposed debt conversion.
