Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 20 April 2011. The final result of the rights issue is now available. A total of 212 946 563 new shares were subscribed for, corresponding to an increase of the share capital of NOK 21 294 656.30. The new share capital will be NOK 25 464 719.90 divided into 254 647 199 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10. The subscription price was NOK 0.30 per share.
