EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING HELD

Blom ASA held an Extraordinary General Meeting 11th 
of July 2012.

Johnny Andersson was elected as new member of the 
Board. Andersson is member of the Group Management as 
Group General Counsel of the Hexagon Group, which 
owns 25 percent of Blom ASA. None of the other 
directors were up for election.
